April Retrofits Working Group

This Retrofits Working Group highlighted NEEP‘s Total Energy Pathways (TEP) Workforce and Buildings UP Programs. TEP is a DOE-funded workforce development project aiming to increase knowledge of whole home retrofits via publicly available training modules and a nationally recognized certificate of knowledge. Buildings UP is a DOE buildings retrofit prize competition where 45 community initiatives across the country (9 of which are in the Northeast Region) are designing and launching municipal-based retrofit programs.
